As our courses are entirely digital and instantly accessible after enrollment, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy that protects both our learners and our platform.

Quick Summary: Refunds are eligible within 2 days of purchase only if the purchase was accidental and no course content has been accessed.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund if all the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is made within 2 days (48 hours) of the original purchase date.
  • No course materials, videos, or downloadable files have been accessed.
  • The purchase was made unintentionally or for the wrong course.
  • Your payment was successfully processed through our secure gateway.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to vlsipathway@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
  • Include your full name, registered email ID, and transaction/order ID for verification.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank).

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Course content (videos, documents, or labs) has already been accessed or downloaded.
  • The refund request is made after 48 hours of purchase.
  • The course or material was obtained via a promotional or discounted offer.
  • The course access was shared with other individuals.
  • You have completed a portion or all of the course modules.
  • The refund request is unrelated to technical or payment errors.

Course Access After Purchase

Once you have successfully purchased and accessed a course, your access remains valid for life (unless stated otherwise). However, after accessing the course content, refunds will not be applicable under any condition.

Duplicate Purchases

If you have accidentally made duplicate payments or purchased the same course twice, please contact us immediately at vlsipathway@gmail.com. Our team will verify your records and issue a refund or transfer the duplicate amount toward another course of your choice.
